Because we have to encrypt the books, sometimes certain software/device combos don’t always open the eBooks. But we have a foolproof solution for you:
- Let the eBook download automatically onto your device.
- Check that you have the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download it for free, but make sure you don’t try to open the eBook on something else…it won’t work.
- Mac and Apple devices can be a little ‘challenging’ – but don’t worry! You just have to follow the steps on this guide.
- If you are still stuck, give us a shout with a screenshot of what you can see so we can do some troubleshooting for you.
