We’re also pretty responsive on Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp and text if any of those methods of communication tickle your fancy.

Really common questions

When you book a course with us, our system should automatically send an order confirmation email to the billing email address (not the student email address). If you can’t find your order confirmation email, please first wait a few minutes and then check your junk inbox because sometimes our emails can end up in there.

If you still can’t find the order confirmation, then either something weird happened on our email server, or you might have made a typo when entering the email address (over the past 5 years, we’ve found that both these scenarios are equally common). If that’s the case, just drop us an email at [email protected], telling us which course you registered for and what the billing/student name was. We’ll find your order on our system and let you know that everything’s all good.

If you’ve booked a course last-minute and are having issues finding the confirmation email, then please don’t worry. The order confirmation doesn’t really say anything interesting, but it does give you a link to the course joining instructions. Here’s the link – https://6med.co.uk/course-joining-instructions. We have everyone’s registered names on the system, so you don’t need the confirmation email to gain entry into the course, provided you remember what your name is!

Not to worry. Our course joining instructions (i.e.: where to go, what to bring, lunch arrangements) are always available at https://6med.co.uk/course-joining-instructions

Our instructors usually send an email a week before the course saying hello, but please don’t worry if you don’t get that email, because it doesn’t really say anything interesting other than ‘hello’.

Also, because we try and save money and use a cheap email service, sometimes the emails we send can end up in junk inboxes, so please do check your junk email if you’re looking for an email from us 🙂

Our refund policy (stated on all the registration pages) is that we can give you a full refund if you let us know at least 14 days before the course you’re registered to attend. If you’d like a refund, just drop us an email at [email protected] and tell us your name + which course you booked so that we can refund the money to your card. We usually process refunds in a batch once or twice a week, so please don’t be concerned if you don’t hear back from us instantly 🙂 As long as you requested the refund 14 days before the course, we guarantee that the refund will be processed and the money will be back in your account within a few working days.

If you’d like to cancel your place on a course but the course is less than 14 days away, then I’m afraid we won’t be able to offer a refund, but we’re happy to transfer your registration to another student, if you know anyone who’d like to take your place.

Email is by far the best way of contacting us. We’ve got multiple team members who check the email account many times a day, and we’re usually pretty quick about replying to things.

Phone is a somewhat unreliable method of contacting us, given that we’re usually busy with medical school lectures, supervisions, placements and other such things. So if we don’t take your call, please don’t feel bad – just send us a text/email and we’ll do our best to get back to you asap.
