Can I choose my tutor?

You can’t choose the tutor, but our staff select the best tutor for you, if you are not convinced after your first sessions, we’ll find another one until you’re happy with your tutor.

Can I change my tutor?

Of course, if you feel that your tutor is not the best option for you, we can find another one.

How does the money–back guarantee work?

You need to check if you’re eligible for it, you can find more information over on our help page here. As long as you’re within 14 days of your order date, or have used less than 3 session (whichever comes first), you should be eligible.

Can I choose my tutoring schedule?

Definitely! You just need to let us know which schedule suits best for you and will find a tutor who can cover it.
