My payment card has been declined in Ninja, what can I do?

We’re really sorry to hear that your card has been declined- sometimes it happens on online platforms. The first thing you should do is contact your bank- we find that international banks get a bit twitchy when you are trying to make an online payment that’s in a foreign currency.
If your bank solves the issue, or says there’s no issue, please log into your Ninja account and check that your card details on your account are still valid.
